Appledem LLC
Your vision.
Our craft.
Design, remodeling, construction, repairs and cleaning for homes and businesses, handled by one team from the first sketch to the finishing touch.
What we do
Our services
Bring us a room, a whole house or a business space. We plan it, build it and leave it ready to use. Choose a service to see what it includes.
Your vision. Our craft. From the first sketch to the finishing touch.
Our work
Recent projects
Commercial buildings, restaurants, showrooms and interiors, designed and built by our team.
How we work
From the first sketch to the finishing touch
- 1
Listen & plan
We visit, measure and talk through what you want, what it needs to do and the budget it has to fit.
- 2
Design & visualize
Concept, space plan and finishes, with 3D views so you can see the result and change it before building starts.
- 3
Build
Renovation and every trade the job needs (drywall, plumbing, electrical, painting, flooring, steelwork), run by one project lead.
- 4
Clean & hand over
Post-construction cleanup and a final walk-through together, so the space is ready the day we leave.

Why Appledem
One team instead of five
- One point of contact
- The people who design your project also run the build and the cleanup. No passing you between companies.
- See it before it's built
- 3D models and space plans make decisions easier, and changes on paper cost far less than changes on site.
- Homes and businesses
- A kitchen or bathroom at home, an office or a shop: the same care, planned around your schedule.
- Left ready to use
- Our own cleaning crew removes the dust and debris, so you move back in, not clean up.
Free estimate
Tell us about your project
A few lines are enough. We'll get back to you to talk it through and arrange a visit.
